Pause, cancel or refund
Three scenarios, three different outcomes. Pick the one that matches your situation.
Pausing your subscription
Best if you'll be back in a few weeks or months and want to keep your files, messages, and brand profiles accessible.
- Cost: $10/month while paused
- You keep access to every past request and file
- Unused credits from your current cycle roll over to your next invoice when you unpause
- Takes effect immediately or at the end of your billing cycle, your choice

Cancelling your subscription
Cancelling is permanent. Your files, requests, messages, and brand profiles are deleted at the end of your billing cycle. We can't restore them after that.
If there's any chance you'll need this work again, pause instead.
How: Billing tab, Cancel Plan. Before you do, reach out to support. A lot of issues (designer mismatch, pricing question, turnaround concerns) have quicker fixes than cancelling.
Refunds
ManyPixels does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All subscription payments are final, whether you're on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly plan.
If you're unsure about committing long-term, start on a monthly plan. You can cancel any time before the next billing cycle and avoid further charges. If it's working and you want the discount, upgrade to a quarterly or yearly plan once you're confident.
If something isn't working for you, contact support before cancelling. A lot of issues (designer fit, turnaround concerns, plan mismatch) have quicker fixes than walking away from a subscription you've already paid for.
