ManyPixels Pte Ltd (“ManyPixels,” “we,” “us”) operates the graphic design subscription service at manypixels.co and app.manypixels.co (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have over your information.
1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us
The data controller is ManyPixels Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered address at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Centre, Singapore 068914.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide to us
- Account information: name, email address, password, job title
- Company information: company name, industry, website, size, timezone, logo
- Billing information: billing address, billing email, payment method details (processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, not by us)
- Content you submit to the Service: design briefs, reference files, feedback, messages exchanged with your designer, brand assets uploaded to your Brand Profile
- Communications you send to us, including support requests and bug reports
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent in the Service, clickstream behavior
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 10)
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from third-party services that you connect to your Account, from integration partners, and from advertising networks that help us measure campaign performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To communicate with you, including sending service-related notifications, responding to support requests, and delivering newsletters (if you opt in)
- To match you with an appropriate designer and manage design workflows
- To personalize your experience and understand how customers use the Service
- To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations
- For marketing, where we have a legal basis to do so
AI and model training. We do not use your personal data, your brand assets, or your design requests to train large language models, generative AI models, or any other machine learning system for the benefit of ManyPixels or any third party. Design work is produced by human designers using professional design software.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EU / UK / EEA)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract. To deliver the Service you have subscribed to.
- Consent. For marketing emails, analytics cookies, and other activities where we ask for your permission.
- Legitimate interests. To secure the Service, prevent fraud, improve the product, and for direct marketing to existing customers.
- Legal obligations. Where required by applicable law, such as tax record keeping.
5. How We Share Information
5.1 Service providers
We share personal data with service providers that help us operate the Service. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. Our current processors are listed in Section 6.
5.2 Legal and safety
We may disclose information to comply with a subpoena or court order, to enforce our Terms, to prevent fraud or illegal activity, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ManyPixels, our customers, or others.
5.3 Business transfers
If ManyPixels is acquired, merges with another company, or sells substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you before your personal data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5.4 With your consent
We may share information for other purposes with your consent.
6. Third-Party Processors
We work with the following third-party service providers to operate the Service. Each of these processors is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only for the purposes described below.
- Stripe. Payment processing. Data shared: billing name, billing address, email, card information, transaction metadata. Based in the United States.
- Railway. Application hosting and infrastructure. Data stored: all Account data, design requests, Deliverables, messages.
- Webflow. Marketing website hosting (manypixels.co). Data: page analytics, form submissions.
- HubSpot. Customer relationship management, contact database, and website content management. Data: name, email, company, communications, website behavior.
- Customer.io. Email marketing and automated lifecycle messaging. Data: name, email, account activity events used to trigger emails.
- Google Workspace (Gmail). Team email and document collaboration. Data: any communication between you and the ManyPixels team.
Each processor has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data it receives from us. We do not share your personal data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any party outside this list for marketing purposes.
7. Cross-Border Data Transfers
ManyPixels is based in Singapore and our service providers are based in various countries, including the United States, the European Union, and elsewhere. When we transfer your personal data out of the country where you live, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms to protect your data, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, or other safeguards recognized under applicable law.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy or to comply with legal obligations.
- Account and Deliverable data: for the duration of your subscription, plus 30 days after cancellation to allow for reactivation. After 30 days, we delete or anonymize the data, subject to legal holds (such as ongoing disputes or statutory retention requirements).
- Billing records: retained for seven (7) years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
- Support communications: retained for up to three (3) years after the last interaction.
- Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or we determine the data is no longer useful for marketing.
9. Your Rights
9.1 Rights under GDPR (EU / UK / EEA residents)
If you are located in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights:
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- Right to restrict or object to processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to withdraw consent at any time
- Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
9.2 Rights under CCPA (California residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
- Right to delete personal information
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights
To exercise any of these rights, email info@manypixels.co. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically one month for GDPR, 45 days for CCPA).
10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Service work, to analyze how it is used, and to deliver relevant content.
10.1 Cookie categories
- Strictly necessary. Required for the Service to function (authentication, session management, security). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics. Help us understand how customers use the Service so we can improve it.
- Functional. Remember preferences like language, timezone, and UI settings.
- Advertising. Used to measure the performance of marketing activities. We do not use third-party advertising networks for remarketing.
10.2 Managing cookies
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Service from functioning properly. Disabling analytics or functional cookies will not affect your use of the Service but may reduce personalization.
11. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, staff training, and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. 12. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact info@manypixels.co and we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this Policy shows when it was last revised. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
