Terms of Service
Effective as of April 23, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between ManyPixels Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore (“ManyPixels,” “we,” “us”), and the person or entity that registers for or uses our services (“Client,” “you,” “your”). By registering for an account, subscribing to a Plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- “Service” means the graphic design subscription service operated by ManyPixels, accessible at manypixels.co and app.manypixels.co.
- “Plan” means any of the subscription tiers offered by ManyPixels, currently the Advanced Plan, Business Plan, Assigned Designer Plan, and Design Team Plan, or any custom arrangement.
- “Deliverables” means design work, source files, and related creative output produced by ManyPixels for the Client under these Terms.
- “Account” means the Client’s registered access to the Service.
2. The Service
ManyPixels provides unlimited graphic design on a flat-rate subscription basis. The Client submits requests through the Service and ManyPixels’ designers produce Deliverables on a rolling basis, subject to the capacity of the Client’s Plan.
The scope of design work included in the Service is defined at manypixels.co/scope-of-services and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. ManyPixels may update the scope from time to time. Changes will apply to new requests submitted after the update.
The Service does not include, among other things: audio editing, visual effects, CGI, 3D or CAD work, coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), UX design or prototyping, 2D animation, complex photo retouching, or website development inside CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or Framer. Video deliverables are capped at under 2 minutes for ads and social content, and under 5 minutes for general editing.
3. Account Registration
You must register an Account to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your Account. You may not share your Account credentials with any third party, except for employees or contractors who act on your behalf and are bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Billing frequencies
ManyPixels offers monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing frequencies. Pricing for each Plan and billing frequency is available at manypixels.co/pricing and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Payment methods
ManyPixels accepts verified credit and debit cards, processed through Stripe. All fees are charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated on the pricing page.
4.3 Auto-renewal
All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the current billing period using the payment method on file. You may turn off auto-renewal or cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings, subject to Section 5.
4.4 Price changes
ManyPixels may change the price of any Plan. We will give at least seven (7) days’ prior notice before the change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
4.5 No refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to all Plans and all billing frequencies (monthly, quarterly, and yearly), and to both initial subscriptions and renewals. Without limiting the foregoing, ManyPixels does not provide refunds for:
- Unused portions of any billing period
- Requests that have been submitted but not yet delivered (these remain in your queue until fulfilled, cancelled, or your subscription ends)
- Partial months following cancellation, pause, or downgrade
- Dissatisfaction with the Deliverables (unlimited revisions are the contractual remedy)
- Service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or observed holidays disclosed in our help center
If you are unsure about committing to a longer billing cycle, we recommend starting on a monthly Plan and upgrading once you are confident the Service meets your needs.
5. Cancellation and Pause
5.1 Pausing your subscription
You may pause an active subscription for a fee of USD $10 per month. While paused, you retain access to past requests, messages, and Deliverables, but you cannot submit new requests. You may resume your subscription at any time.
5.2 Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After the effective date of cancellation, your access to the platform, past requests, Deliverables, and messages will be revoked and associated data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule (see Privacy Policy).
5.3 Exporting Deliverables before cancellation
You are responsible for downloading and archiving any Deliverables you wish to retain before your cancellation takes effect. ManyPixels is not obligated to restore access to, or re-deliver, Deliverables after your subscription ends.
6. Requests, Revisions, and Turnaround
ManyPixels operates a queue-based workflow. Your designer works through your queue in order. Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the request, the length of your queue, and the quality of your brief. ManyPixels does not guarantee specific turnaround times for any individual request beyond the daily output commitment of your Plan.
Revisions are unlimited within the scope of an active request. Revisions received after a request is marked Completed may be treated as a new request at ManyPixels’ reasonable discretion.
7. Failed Payments, Chargebacks, and Disputes
7.1 Failed payments and retry
If a scheduled payment fails, ManyPixels will attempt to retry the charge up to three (3) times over the following seven (7) days. You will receive email notice after each failed attempt. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and your access to the platform, files, and messages will be revoked at the end of the current billing period.
7.2 Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or otherwise reverse, reject, or refuse payment for any subscription invoice, you agree that ManyPixels may, at its sole discretion:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Service;
- Reclaim full ownership of, and all intellectual property rights in, any Deliverables, source files, licensed stock content, and creative work produced during the disputed billing period and any prior billing period for which payment has been reversed or not completed;
- Revoke any licenses or rights previously granted to you in those Deliverables and require you to cease all commercial and personal use, and destroy all copies in your possession or control;
- Pursue any remedy available under applicable law to recover outstanding amounts, including reasonable legal fees and costs.
7.3 Reinstatement
You may request reinstatement of your rights to the affected Deliverables by paying all outstanding amounts owed, plus any fees or costs ManyPixels incurred in connection with the dispute. Reinstatement is granted at ManyPixels’ sole discretion. No reinstatement restores access to any data or files that have already been deleted under our retention schedule.
7.4 Continued use after revocation is infringement
Any use, reproduction, display, or distribution of Deliverables after ManyPixels has revoked your rights under this Section 7 constitutes copyright infringement and a breach of these Terms.
8. Ownership of Deliverables
8.1 Client ownership
Subject to Section 7 and your compliance with these Terms (including full payment of all amounts owed), ManyPixels hereby assigns to the Client all right, title, and interest in the Deliverables produced specifically for the Client under the Service. The Client owns 100% of the Deliverables, including the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works.
8.2 Work made for hire
The Deliverables are considered “work made for hire” under applicable copyright law to the fullest extent permitted. To the extent that any portion of the Deliverables does not qualify as work made for hire, ManyPixels assigns to the Client all right, title, and interest in those portions upon full payment.
8.3 Licensed stock content
Some Deliverables may incorporate licensed stock photography, illustrations, fonts, or other pre-existing materials. These materials remain subject to the license terms of their original owner. ManyPixels only uses stock content under commercial licenses that permit client use in the Deliverables. The Client receives the benefit of these licenses with the Deliverables.
8.4 Client-provided materials
If the Client provides logos, photography, copy, fonts, or any other materials for inclusion in the Deliverables, the Client represents and warrants that they hold all necessary rights to those materials. ManyPixels is not liable for any third-party claims arising from Client-provided materials. The Client indemnifies ManyPixels against any such claims per Section 14.
9. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless the Client requests otherwise in writing, ManyPixels may display Deliverables in its portfolio, on its website, on social media, and in marketing materials, solely to demonstrate ManyPixels’ work product. This license is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide. It does not extend to using Client logos or names in a way that implies endorsement or misrepresents the relationship.
The Client may revoke this promotional license at any time by emailing info@manypixels.co. Revocation is prospective. ManyPixels will remove the Deliverables from its own properties within a reasonable time, but cannot guarantee removal from third-party locations where the work may have been shared or cached.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to request, receive, or distribute content that:
- Infringes any third party’s intellectual property or other rights
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Is defamatory, harassing, obscene, or that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Solicits, depicts, or sexualizes minors
- Is designed to deceive, including phishing, fraud, or impersonation
- Contains malware or is intended to disrupt the operation of any system
ManyPixels may refuse, remove, or delay any request that it reasonably believes violates this Section.
11. Suspension and Termination by ManyPixels
ManyPixels may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Breach of these Terms, including Section 10 (Acceptable Use) and Section 7 (chargebacks, failed payments, and disputes)
- Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ManyPixels staff
- Use of the Service in a way that disrupts or harms other customers
- Any activity that exposes ManyPixels to legal or reputational risk
On termination for cause, no refunds are owed. Deliverables and files may be retained or deleted at ManyPixels’ discretion, subject to Section 7 for unpaid or disputed invoices.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all Deliverables are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManyPixels disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. ManyPixels does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The Client is solely responsible for evaluating whether Deliverables meet the Client’s business needs before using them.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManyPixels’ total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or any Deliverables, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the subscription fees paid by the Client to ManyPixels in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Under no circumstances is ManyPixels liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Indemnification
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ManyPixels and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- The Client’s breach of these Terms
- The Client’s use of the Service in violation of law
- Materials the Client provides to ManyPixels for inclusion in any Deliverable
- Third-party claims related to the Client’s use of any Deliverable
15. Modifications to These Terms
ManyPixels may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, your remedy is to cancel your subscription before they take effect. No refunds are owed.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, which will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that ManyPixels may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
The Client and ManyPixels each agree that any dispute must be brought individually, not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it accrues or be permanently barred.
17. Miscellaneous
17.1 Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any scope or pricing documents referenced, are the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
17.3 No waiver
Failure by ManyPixels to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
17.4 Assignment
The Client may not assign these Terms without ManyPixels’ written consent. ManyPixels may assign these Terms to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
