How ManyPixels works
ManyPixels is a flat-rate, unlimited graphic design subscription. You pay one monthly fee and your assigned designer works through your request queue day by day. No per-project pricing, no revision caps, no request limits.
Who it's for
ManyPixels is built for teams that need design work regularly but don't need a full-time designer on payroll. That covers:
- Marketing teams and in-house marketers
- Startups, SaaS companies, and SMBs
- Agencies using us as a white-label design back office
- Solo founders, creators, and entrepreneurs
- Larger companies with unpredictable or spiky design needs
If you only need one logo or a single one-off project, a per-project freelancer will be more cost-effective. ManyPixels makes sense when the work is recurring.
How the workflow goes
- Submit a request. Write a short brief, attach references, pick a brand profile, and hit submit.
- Your designer works the queue. Requests are handled top to bottom, and you can reorder them at any time.
- You get a first draft. It lands in the Delivered tab along with the source files.
- You review and respond. Approve it, or leave feedback and the request moves back into the queue.
- Mark it complete when you're happy. There's no cap on revision rounds.
What we design
We cover six main areas: brand & identity, web design, marketing & advertising, illustration, print & presentation, and motion & video. Full scope here: manypixels.co/scope-of-services.
What's out of scope
We don't handle:
- Audio editing
- Visual effects and CGI
- 3D animation or CAD
- Coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- UX design or prototyping
- 2D animation and complex photo retouching
- Website development in CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or Framer
Video is capped at under 2 minutes for ads and social content, and under 5 minutes for general editing. If you're not sure whether your request fits, ask and we'll tell you.
Languages
Our designers and support team work in English. You can submit briefs with copy in any language, but all communication with us runs in English.
