How Citi Habitats Uses ManyPixels to Move Faster on Design

About
Citi Habitats
Founded in 1994, Citi Habitats is one of Manhattan's best-known residential real estate brokerages, specialising in the NYC rental market. Over three decades, the company grew from a small team to more than 700 agents and staff across New York City, with an insider's knowledge of nearly 375 neighbourhoods. Their business runs on relationships, speed, and consistent brand presence across every touchpoint - from social media to printed collateral to client presentations.

The Problem
At the scale Citi Habitats operates, the volume of design work is constant. Social assets, flyers, posters, presentations, digital ads, templates - every campaign and listing generates a new set of creative requests. For years, the team handled this by recruiting designers individually, running each one through a full onboarding process and hoping the relationship would stick.
It rarely did. Each new hire meant time spent on recruitment, training, and handover, with no guarantee of long-term results. For a business where time directly translates to revenue, that overhead was hard to justify.
Bringing on a new person, onboarding, it's a huge time consumer. We're paid by our time, and we're always looking for ways to save time because obviously we have to work on the business.
The Request
Citi Habitats came to ManyPixels looking for a simpler way to manage ongoing design without the administrative weight of hiring. They needed social media graphics, flyers, and a reliable pipeline for everything else that kept coming through.
What they found was a platform that made the whole process easier to manage than anything they'd tried before.
I think ManyPixels has a really straightforward platform that is easy to understand and navigate. You can easily understand what the timelines are, how to request and prioritize certain graphics. ManyPixels offers ease of service that, quite frankly, I haven't seen with other platforms and other sorts of creative services.
The Solution
ManyPixels became the design engine behind Citi Habitats' day-to-day marketing. Sean and his team ran a wide range of requests through the platform: presentations and presentation templates, posters, flyers, digital ads, and even more unusual briefs like party invitations and printed umbrella designs. Whatever came up, the team had one place to send it.
The time savings translated directly into dollars. When Sean ran the numbers, the value delivered through the subscription far outweighed what individual project quotes would have cost.
In terms of ROI, we've probably gotten upwards to $10,000 in value of design, and that's just showing the amount of projects, data completed, and amount of revisions. It's a really simple math equation to see that if I were doing this project by project, it would likely cost a lot more.
Beyond the short-term savings, the work ManyPixels produced gave Citi Habitats something more durable - a library of brand assets built to last.
We have assets that are literally going to help shape what our company is going to be doing for the next couple of years. We wouldn't have been able to do that if it wasn't for ManyPixels.
